Our building "Barizon House" is an old stone house located on the coast, in the middle of Rose village. The interior has recently been renovated, while its original appearance is kept from the outside. The property includes six comfortable apartments. All apartments are decorated in a traditional Boka style, facing the sea.

"Palandacic House" in which our apartments are located is an old stone house, recently renovated and adapted for a cozy and relaxing vacation. In this building we have four comfortable apartments - two four-bed and one double-bedded apartment, as well as one two-bedroom apartment. The facility has several shared terrace for guests' relaxation, where a barbecue and complete beach equipments are placed.

Palandacic House is located on the very shore of the sea. In front of the building there is a concrete beach with deck chairs and sunshades, intended exclusively for our guests. On the one side of the building there is a cafe bar with a terrace, and on the other side is a wonderful restaurant with beautiful garden and also sea and Montenegrin specialties in its menu. At a distance of 50 meters, a small tourist boat transports tourists several times a day to Herceg Novi, but also on request to Žanjice, Mirište, Blue Cave, Dobrec or Mamula.
